On Tuesday the 17th of August the NZ Government announced that our Auckland region is at Alert Level 4 for 7 days, and the rest of New Zealand is at Alert Level 4 for 3 Days, or until alert levels are revised. While at Level 4, our priority remains the safety & wellbeing of our staff, our customers and the wider community. We are following Government guidelines and implementing strict controls to ensure everyone’s safety. Although our offices are closed at this time, we will still be available to all customers & clients via phone and email to offer support where we can safely.

Key Points:
- Deliveries from our site will continue for essential businesses &emergency. These will only be affected by freight company restrictions
- All customer collections must be pre-arranged and all visitors collecting goods must remain in their vehicles. A member of our team will meet you at the gate and obtain your details for contact tracing purposes. You will then be directed into the site where we will load your goods onto your vehicle.
- Entry to our office and reception will by pre-arranged authorisation, and we ask that you use the COVID Tracer App before entering. We will continue to be available via email and phone for customer enquiries and sales processing.
We will be working hard to maintain our high service standards throughout this period, however we ask that our customers be understanding of the limitations that will be caused due to the restrictions of Alert Level 4.
We acknowledge the processes we have put in place may create some temporary inconvenience, however we will continuously review the situation and will look to amend our process when Government guidance changes.
